We are a fee-for-service office where patients pay us directly for our services. If you have dental insurance, we will gladly file a claim on your behalf and your insurer will reimburse you a portion of our fee directly. The percentage of our fee that insurance companies reimburse their insured varies widely, but is usually less than our fee schedule.
Dr. Ariella Glodowski is a provider for Delta Dental and most Cigna Plans, please call our office and we will verify your insurance coverage. We will collect your estimated copayments at the time of treatment and bill them on your behalf.
